Enabling teams to accelarate execution in complex contexts.
What we DO
We facilitate projects, workshops, sessions and meetings with teams that want to make solid progress on their most important problems and opportunities. We engage teams in thinking, talking and doing that leads to action and results. We emphasise home-grown solutions / plans and provide comprehensive support in getting these solutions/plans done.
Our consultants and facilitators have a knack for getting teams working immediately as one – whether it is building a strategic plan, executing a project and everything in between.
The biggest benefits our clients repeatedly tell us about are the speed with which we get teams to be on the same page and making execution of initiatives quick and painless
Let us facilitate your next working session
Strategy Sessions
We have facilitated hundreds of strategic thinking and planning sessions for leadership teams in various industries. We focus on distinctive, winning strategic plans rooted in the organisations’ realities.
Project Sessions
Whether the need is to translate the organisation’s strategy into a portfolio of projects or planning and scoping a large complex project, our facilitators speed up the building of deliverables and focus on consensus and realistic plans with a high level of implement-ability
Meetings
We believe that meetings are the basic unit of performance in modern organisations – our meeting facilitation offering includes reviving stale, time-wasting and unproductive meetings into sessions that lead to results through impactful agendas and accountability
Progress Review
We place an emphasis on execution – therefore we insist on well-run progress review sessions where we help teams appraise performance and explore ways to accelerate progress.
Large Group Engagements
There is a magic that is unleashed when a large group of people work together to reflect and craft a way forward – this is especially in dealing with company-wide problems or opportunities.
We find that organisations under-engage large groups – mainly because of lack of techniques to get large groups to have productive discussions. Therefore the wisdom of the crowd is not harnessed enough to create momentum for progress.
Client Testimonials
“Practical and informative session which is going to be beneficial to our institution in developing and implementing our strategic plan thus achieving our goals.”
“Assisted in team-building, operational planning and effective decision-making at operational and management levels.”
